Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. Orders are dispatched from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Any duties or import taxes that apply to your destination are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact our customer care team at info@anfascollection.com with your order number. Please request the return before sending anything back — once approved we will confirm the return address and send you instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without a requested return cannot be accepted.

Customers in the European Union have the same statutory 14-day right to cancel, for any reason and without justification.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@anfascollection.com with your order number and a photograph, and we will make it right.
